Territory Sales Officer (TSO R1)
(Jawa Barat - Majalengka)

Responsibilities: 
  • Scope of works:
    • Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory ( meet targets )
    • Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
    • Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • S1 any discipline, with 3 years Sales experience
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 years in current position
    • 3 years Sales experience
    • Knowledge of cement
    • Knowledge of business environment
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
  • Language:
    • Good command in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills:

RMX Logistic Superintendent
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities: 
  • Scope of works:
    • TResponsible for managing the effective & efficient operation of all commercial haulage include of TM, Tipper, and Pump, ensuring the most effective transport solutions, cost efficient and utilized to meet the business needs of PTHB
    • Ensure that all commercial road haulage fully complies with all legal and requirements
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Business Management/Logistics/Engineer (Mechanical)
  • Experience:
    • 4 years experience in the logistics & Transportation industries
  • Computer literacy:
    • Computer literacy
  • Language:
    • Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
  • Other qualification / skills:
    • Up-to-date knowledge of current transport related procedures, legislation, equipment, and operations.

MDR (Marketing Development Representative)

Responsibilities: 
  • Scope of works:
    • This position will identify and select market or potential investor in its area, conducted sales pitch and business model presentation, investor assessment, cost renovation analysis, and business development adviser
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Architectural and/ or Civil Engineering or any
  • Experience:
    • 2 years experience on Sales marketing or key account,
    • He/ she able to calculating BOQ and renovation cost analysis
    • Has a good presentation, communication and negotiation skill
    • Excellence planning, organizing and controlling capabilities
    • Team player person and enjoy teamwork
    • Has a general insight in retail and/ or consumer business, especially in channel management
    • Having driving license (A/C)
    • Willing to stay East Java and Bali
