Responsibilities:

Answer phone to respond the orders, general customer inqueris, invoice questions, and customer complains. Project a professional company imagethrough phone interaction. 

Requirements:

• Male or female with bachelor degree any major
• Have experience at least 2 years in call center
• Good communication skills, analysis & problem solving
• Good in english
