Responsibilities:

You will be going through our marketing and sales management training pogram and you will be trained to :

Deliver sales and marketing results, represent clients and provide excellent customer service

Identify and qualify potential customers

Inspire motivation, lead and manage team in order to create a high performance team

Manage sales team to give quality customer and develop sales strategies to maximize KPI's

Responsible for understanding the business, career path and requirements

Perform duties acoording to standards & policies set by the company

Upon advancement, import training to new team members

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• Strong human competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting,  people orientation, strong sense of confidentiality, result oriented, strong belief in customers focus, and leadership profile.
• Well organized, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical and convincing skill
• Positive attitude and behaviour
• First class communication skills
• Experience in working in an international, fast-paced environment is advantage
• ASAP starters are preferred
