Training Supervisor (Trainer)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct and implement the training need analysis
• Develop the training, curriculum based on organization standard
• Deliver the training material
• Maintain the training database
• Evaluate the impact of training

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age max 30 years
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management background with min GPA 2.75 from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Training & Development, especially in area of soft skill training
• Familiar with Competency Based Human Resources Management
• Computer literate, English proficiency
