Trainer

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable University
• Having minimum 3 years experience in training and consulting firm
• Familiar in conducting a variety training programs for supervisory and managerial level
• Can build good rapport with training participants
• Inspire participants with positive training impact
• Work with and support other functions in the organization to achieve the business target
• Able to work with team
• Have CAN DO attitude, high energy, flexibility, high degree of initiative
• Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Willing to travel on assignments on weekdays and weekendsYearly renewable contract based on performance
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
